The Power of Looking Forward

Life is like a camera - just focus on what is important. Capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don't engage you, take another shot
We always have another shot of life. We must see life as an opportunity to capture the best things, to strive to do our best and to not dwell and look back at the past.
When I think about a camera, I instantly think of memories and the making of them.
The importance of planning ahead and to bring happiness to life for the future is key. It is important to book an event, a concert, a meal out or even a holiday ahead of time. This can give us positivity and joy as our thoughts lead up to the exciting event or place we are visiting.
Having something to look forward to feels good. Feeling anticipation can be inspiring and energising. You should feel more creative or productive when you're looking forward to something. This aids our daily lives. This keeps us motivated and builds our confidence. This will also enhance the relationships you have with your partner, kids or even the wider family. And bring you more focus.
“When you do the things in the present that you can see, you are shaping the future that you are yet to see.”
