Life balance mind mapping is a fantastic and powerful technique to use to set out our goals and to organise our mind. This aids us to create a great life balance. It can enhance our learning, show connections between different facts and concepts and improve our problem solving, motivating us to progress in the right direction in our lives.

Each “centre point" is a certain area of life -

  • love & relationships

  • career & personal life

  • personal finances

  • social life

  • health

  • rest & relaxation

  • charitable contribution

  • and routine responsibilities

This is a great technique to analyse our life and for us to define our goals. It is useful to make it accessible on one page. You can do one page for each area of your life.

This is a great technique to reshape our thinking. It will boost productivity, creativity and aids memory. From every central point, you add branches and then sub branches. This can be either words or images.

There are many apps available to use to aid this technique such as Mindomo and Mindly, or alternatively you can do this by hand. Some clients use mind mapping in their daily lives to organise routine tasks, such as for planning the week ahead or holiday planning.
