- Prioritise and focus!
If you look at what you have in life, you'll always have more. If you look at what you don't have in life, you'll never have enough.
In life, we need to take time to stop and organise our minds.
We shouldn't let life hold us back from achieving our goals. When goals and the action steps have been set, we must grasp the opportunities with both hands.
Life coaches are equipped with the tools and techniques to help you develop your confidence and efficiency. Now is the time to raise your self esteem and create a positive outlook on life, starting today!
In turn, this will aid you to then focus and prioritise. Most importantly is to focus on what is right for you and what to achieve day to day effectively. In productivity we must manage our time, attention and energy in the best way.
An excellent resource for this is the Eisenhower Matrix*. It is a productivity and time-management framework designed to help you prioritise a list of tasks and then listing things to do according to their urgency and importance.
This is based on organising tasks into four sections and on whether they are:
Urgent and important.
Urgent and not important.
Not urgent and important.
Neither.
Once you've delegated, diarised and deleted, you can then tick off the completed tasks (the urgent and important ones) and feel fulfilled. If we can organise our tasks in this way day to day, we will feel a sense of fulfilment, especially as we start to tick off completed tasks. This will mean we can focus on what is most crucial. As we are all the rushing around in our lives and need to keep up with our busy schedules, this is a priceless resource and skill to master.
