It would be Ruud not to!

Tennis love!

I had the honour of meeting the tennis world number 4 Casper Ruud at an intimate event in Central London at the end of last week (see photo at the bottom). He is in London for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships which started yesterday, a highlight in the sporting calendar.

“As I knew what I wanted to achieve in life, I could focus on it each and every day”

That is what Casper Ruud told me when I asked him about motivation.

He said he was focused on what he wanted to do from a young child and continues to work on it at every step of his life. Every day he gets up, puts a smile on his face and gets down to it, following his goal of becoming a successful tennis player from a young boy. It is his passion, exceptional skill and determination that gets him through.

Most of us aren’t setting goals and expectations at such a young age, however we need to strive for what we want in our ever busy, demanding lives. The time is now.

I got the opportunity to play a few shots of table tennis with Casper. I even managed to take a great point from him!

As a life coach, I help people to clarify their goals, what they want to achieve and map out the focus steps to get there.

Keep focused, motivated and achieve! You deserve the best! Book in for your life coach sessions with me.

Life is good,
Lisa
